Ludum Dare is a regular game jam event. The 41st installment had a theme of “Combine two incompatible genres.” During this jam I worked with a team to make “Brickris Tetout,” which was a mashup of Tetris with a blockbreaker game (such as Breakout or Arkanoid).
For the soundtrack I made two different and complementary takes on Korobeiniki that mix together seamlessly as the game progresses.
The best way to listen to the soundtrack is by playing the game, but you can hear the constituent parts here as well.
