I don’t use Faircamp personally (nothing against it, I just already have my own tools for maintaining my site) but it is an incredible piece of software that probably covers all of your needs and then some.

Also, with Faircamp you can integrate with Fairplayer, to take part in fully-independent, distributed/federated streaming; at some point I will also get around to writing a plugin for Faircamp to integrate directly with Chorus to enable even more opportunities.
