Trans Academy
I volunteer for Trans Academy as the lead composer and as an assistant video editor. Here is some of the music I composed for the YouTube channel.
In addition to composing the main thematic elements and producing all of the above audio tracks, as lead composer I direct a team of musicians to maintain consistency around our musical branding and also provide guidance and education to raise our musical standards overall. I also work closely with the video editors to ensure the quality of the overall audio mix.
I also frequently perform at Trans Academy events with the goal of encouraging more people (especially members of the trans community) to start producing and performing music, and I love the connections I’ve made as a result, particularly the members of my team who have come on board as a result.

Trans Academy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and educational virtual environment that empowers the transgender community and their allies. They provide peer support, voice lessons, vocational skill training and networking, resources to navigate gender identity, and opportunities for meaningful connections. In doing so they create a supportive space where members can engage in empowering conversations, access valuable resources, and celebrate the diversity of gender identities.
